Purposeful Awareness
This session will help you recognize your organization’s strengths and patterns to build a more connected, purpose-driven culture. You will learn to use Appreciative Inquiry, a strengths-based method for identifying and expanding effective practices. Interactive exercises will guide you in defining your organization’s positive core and articulating a shared purpose. Purpose Roadmap
This workshop guides your organization in discovering, defining, and aligning its higher purpose. It begins with a structured reflection on your organizational narrative, using Appreciative Inquiry to identify key successes, pivotal moments, and significant patterns. Participants then examine the intersection of core competencies, motivation, and impact, applying frameworks such as Jim Collins’ Hedgehog Concept. The workshop concludes with a purpose statement integrated with your vision, mission, and values, resulting in a unified Purpose Roadmap.
Leadership Blueprint
This workshop guides participants in creating and implementing a Leadership Checklist, providing a practical, values-based framework to align leadership practices with the organization’s purpose, mission, and vision. Inspired by Bob Chapman’s Everybody Matters, the checklist defines key behaviors and expectations for conscious leadership. Using Appreciative Inquiry, participants will identify exemplary leadership stories and extract common themes to develop a tailored checklist. The workshop also explores methods for integrating the checklist into leadership development, feedback, and selection processes to maintain alignment.
